All our customers are very important to us, so the company has developed the following Return Policy so that you know how we handle refunds for products ordered and purchased on our website.

The term "merchandise" refers to any product or item purchased by you on our Website.
You have the right to return the product within 14 days without giving a reason if it has not been used, is damaged or its appearance has not changed significantly, i.e. the appearance of the product or its packaging has been changed. Only such changes have been made as were necessary to verify the goods received.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply to legal entities (e.g. companies, entrepreneurs).
This return policy does not limit your statutory rights of withdrawal or rights you may have with respect to incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
Any items you wish to return must be in their original packaging and not opened, in condition suitable for resale. If the returned Product does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to offer a refund.
You must submit a refund request within 14 days of delivery of the item.

In case of return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
You must responsibly exercise the right of return and return the product in its original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for completing the returned product. If the item is not complete, we will not be able to accept the returned item and issue the return.
Once the items and the return form have been received and verified by our staff, refunds will be allowed in the same way as the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days. be credited to your original payment method. In all cases, we have the right to withhold refunds until the goods have been received back and inspected.
If you do not meet the deadlines set by our return policy, we will not be able to offer a refund.
In some cases, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may need to provide evidence of the problem, such as a photo or video, or return the item to receive a refund.
You must contact our company by our mail within 14 days of purchase and provide detailed information such as:
- Proof of Purchase
- Order Number
- Invoice number
- Product name
- Information about the defect, failure or missing part of the goods.
- Evidence of the defect (for example, a photo or video of the product, a photo of the defective area (if it is possible to take a photo), a photo of the packaging, etc.).
When submitting a complaint, you must indicate how you want to resolve the complaint:
- To replace defective goods with quality goods
- To supplement an incomplete product with missing components
- To get a refund
In case you need to return the item back to us, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
Products must be returned in their original packaging (with instructions and/or warranty card if supplied with the product).
